AW6 Preview: Ruth de Vos

Today’s preview of the Australia Wide Six exhibition is Making Sense 2 by Ruth de Vos of Mt Nasura, Western Australia. Ruth writes: Observing small children notice budding flowers, snail trails, ripening fruit, textured leaves, floating bubbles, dripping rain and pencil marks on paper for the first time is a wonderful reminder of just how special these ordinary things are.

The official opening of Australia Wide Six is on Saturday 1 September 2018 in conjunction with the Ozquilt Network annual general meeting and forum The Art of Curating presented by Brenda Gael Smith (10am-3pm). Bookings essential – BOOK ONLINE
