All Full Members of Ozquilt Network Inc are entitled to apply to have their quilts on the website, subject to selection, which usually takes place three times a year. In 2025, the closing dates are 15 March, 1 July and 1 September.
For each selection period, a Full Member is entitled to submit an application for one quilt and (optional) profile FREE OF CHARGE and up to three further quilts at $10 per quilt.

Under the selection policy, the following quilts will be automatically accepted without going through an additional selection process:
- quilts that have won awards;
- quilts that have been selected for juried exhibition; or
- quilts that have been exhibited by invitation.
We also encourage members to submit different quilts from those displayed in the permanent Art Quilt Australia and Australia Wide galleries.
