Today’s preview for Art Quilt Australia 2019 is A Well Worn Path by Louise Wells of Inglewood, WA:
From nappies to the beginnings of an empty nest, 25 years of laundry care are marked by a well worn path. Mostly invisible, quiet steps throughout the house, only noticed in their absence. Stitched layers of worn-out family clothing map the labouring process expected of many women throughout our society
