At the official opening of Art Quilt Australia 2025, judges Sue de Vanny and Padriac Fisher from the National Wool Museum announced the following awards:
- Linda Steele Abundance: $4000 OZQN Award of Excellence sponsored by Ozquilt Network
- Alison Muir Australian Vernacular: $500 OZQN Award of Excellence Highly Commended sponsored by Ozquilt Network
- Greg Somerville Everything Flows No 4: $4000 Expressions Wool Quilt Prize acquisitive prize sponsored by the National Wool Museum
- Jennifer Bowker Tangle on Tartan $500 Expressions Wool Quilt Prize Highly Commended sponsored by the National Wool Museum
Art Quilt Australia 2025 including Expressions: The Wool Quilt Prize is on exhibition at the Yarra Ranges Regional Museum 35-37 Castella Street, Lilydale, Victoria until Sunday 12 October 2025. Yarra Ranges Regional Museum is open Wednesday – Sunday 10am – 4pm and entry is free.
The Art Quilt Australia 2025 catalogue is available to purchase. The catalogue is 28 A4 pages with statements from the selectors and colour images of the 22 finalist artworks. All pricing is inclusive of postage (no tracking). For delivery to:
