EXPRESSIONS 2008: THE WOOL QUILT PRIZEwool logo

13 September 2008 – 1 February 2009

Be a part of this unique exhibition and celebrate the versatility and quality of wool in contemporary art quilt making. To promote excellence in this art form, The National Wool Museum is offering an acquisitive award of $AU 2000 and the winning entry will be acquired for the Museum's contemporary wool quilt collection.

Offered biennially, Expressions has grown in popularity since its inception in 2000, demonstrating the breadth of innovation and creative possibilities afforded by the use of wool in art quilt making.

This is a great opportunity for anyone who already works with wool or for those who would like to give it a try. We encourage quilters, textile artists and those who geelong logomay not yet realise that they are actually making quilts to enter!
